Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Gripoints mobile application or website ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Access Gripoints on both mobile and desktop platforms.
Main Features
Route planning, points tracking, and habit-building tools.
Secure Use
Data is processed securely to protect user privacy.
License Grant
Gripoints grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Payments
Subscription Plans
Various subscription plans to unlock premium features.
Billing Cycle
Payments are billed according to the chosen subscription period.
Renewals
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the period.
User Data and Privacy
Data Collection
Location Data: Routes and navigation via Google Maps.
Route Data: Stored locally or securely on servers.
Account Info: Email and basic credentials for authentication.
Data Usage
Used only to improve app functionality and optimize routes.

User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep account credentials secure
- Comply with laws and regulations
- Do not misuse or reverse-engineer the App
- Respect intellectual property rights
Required Permissions
The App requires camera and gallery permissions to allow profile picture uploads. Permissions can be revoked anytime in device settings.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design are owned by Gripoints and protected by copyright/trademark laws. Do not copy or distribute without permission.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via notifications or email.
Termination
Access may be suspended for violations. You may delete your account anytime. Intellectual property and liability provisions survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes are under UK courts jurisdiction.
Age Requirements
Users must be 13+ (or local minimum). Users under 18 require parental consent.
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
This App is licensed, not sold, and also governed by Apple's EULA: View EULA. Apple's EULA prevails in case of conflict.
No Warranty
Apple has no warranty obligation regarding the App.
Product Support
We, not Apple, are responsible for product claims and support.
IP Responsibility
We are responsible for intellectual property infringement claims.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the App.
